The hotel is in a central location in Batumi, within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms, although spacious, could be cleaner. The staff at the receptions were always ready to help with parking and provide a fresh pot of coffee, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The dining experience was decent, offering some variety in hot dishes but not reaching the excellence of a higher-tier hotel like Hilton. The hotel has a perfect location but is unfortunately tainted by a lingering smell of cold cigarette ash.
